Toggery is a sustainable streetwear fashion brand. We do not pre-purchase or hold any stock.
All Toggery hoodies, T-Shirts and bomber jackets start getting hand sewn, through our suppliers in the UK, using eco-friendly processes, once you have paid for your purchase. As such we are not able to offer refunds for anything other than faults in production.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. As every piece of Toggery custom streetwear is hand sewn to order, there is some potential for human error. This will almost always be picked up and corrected by quality control teams before your Toggery is despatched to you, as all production teams are housed in the same manufacturing facility in London.
However in the rare event that something does slip through the net, all you need to do is email us or contact us using the form below.
Please quote your name and order number, with a clear description of the issue, and we'll be more than happy to help.
Please do not send your product back without contacting us first.
In most cases, remedial action can be taken as soon as substantiation of the claim is clear via email.
If the fault cannot be verified, you may need to return the item for inspection, so a determination can then be made as to the state of the product. It is only when the returned Toggery is returned in its original state that a remedy can be recommended for faulty items.
If the Toggery product is not in an unused condition, a remedy cannot be offered.
Returns of non-faulty Toggery streetwear cannot be accepted, as the attire is custom made upon your order.
It’s natural that you may make a purchasing decision on a whim. We all do it. It’s very easy when you’re online… and the streetwear brand in question happens to be effortlessly cool. (We’re not talking about Toggery here specifically... well, maybe a little bit).
So when you place an order for an item of Toggery streetwear, 3 hours elapse before anyone starts working on your personal order, before it starts being made.

Every item of Toggery streetwear, whether it’s a bomber jacket, hoodie or T-shirt, is hand sewn to order. As soon as 3 hours elapse, the production process will have been set in motion; for the delivery of materials, inks and any other items that may be needed to fulfil your order, which again, is made bespoke. So if you wish to cancel your order after 3 hours of placing your order, a refund will, regretfully not be possible.
We use Stripe as our payment services provider and they will process the refund to your bank immediately. However, depending on your bank's processing time, it can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to show up on your bank account.
In some cases, the refund might be processed as a "reversal", which means the original payment will disappear from your account statement entirely, and the balance will reflect as though the charge had never occurred.
If you don't see the refund after ten business days and are still seeing the original charge on your bank statement, you should reach out to your bank for more information.
All Toggery streetwear is hand sewn to order; we don’t hold any stock, in line with our sustainable fashion ethic. Therefore, while stores on the “High Street” (or online), that sell mass produced fashion, are happy to offer full refunds for unused clothing if you don’t like them or change your mind (which they can then resell), we are not able to do this. (Unless of course you change your mind within 3 hours of your order, as we’ve mentioned above).
Check Sizes: Bomber jackets, hoodies, have size size-charts for men and women, which you may refer to below. Please ensure that you order the right size. It’s advisable to check your exact body measurements as shown in the images, rather than relying solely on the size range, as this can be more accurate.
Check “cut”: For bomber jackets, along with the size, do ensure that you have selected the right cut that you require (Male or Female). But do contact us using the form below within 3 hours of doing so if you believe you've made an error.
Check Zip up or Sweater Hoodie: Toggery hoodies are available as Zip up or Sweater styles. It always makes sense to double check the details, just before you hit that "Buy" button. But contact us using the form below within 3 hours of doing so if you believe you've made an error.
Toggery is hand sewn to order, hence refunds for anything other than faults in production are not possible. That being said, we will look at each and every order on a case by case basis and will always do everything we reasonably can, to find a solution to remedy any situation.
