What is the Toggery refund policy?

Each piece of Toggery streetwear is hand made to order, from the suppliers we collaborate with in London, called Contrado. We hold no stock. So, when you purchase a Toggery hoodie, T-shirt or bomber jacket, 3 hours elapse before anyone starts working on your personal order. Within these 3 hours, if you change your mind, you'll be entitled to a full refund. Just contact us, and we’ll be more than happy to assist.

Due to the custom nature of Toggery streetwear hoodies, bomber jackets and T-shirts, a full refund is unfortunately not possible 3 hours after an order is placed, or after your Toggery is made.

Detailed information on the Toggery refunds policy can be found here.

How long will it take to receive a refund ?

If you wish to cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it, all you'll need to do is send us an email and we'll issue your refund immediately. You'll receive an email confirming the refund has been issued.

We use Stripe as our payment services provider and they will process the refund to your bank immediately. However, depending on your bank's processing time, it can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to show up on your bank account.

In some cases, the refund might be processed as a "reversal", which means the original payment will disappear from your account statement entirely, and the balance will reflect as though the charge had never occurred.

If you don't see the refund after ten business days and are still seeing the original charge on your bank statement, you should reach out to your bank for more information.

Due to the custom nature of Toggery streetwear hoodies, bomber jackets and T-shirts, a refund is unfortunately not possible 3 hours after an order is placed, or after your Toggery is made.

Detailed information on the Toggery refunds policy can be found here.

Can I return my Toggery streetwear if I’m not satisfied with the item?

Due to the custom nature of Toggery bomber jackets, T-shirts and hoodies, returns of non-faulty Toggery are unfortunately not possible.

However in the rare event that you do find a manufacturing fault with your hoodie, T-shirt or bomber jacket, all you need to do is contact us, quoting your name, order number and photos of the fault and we'll be more than happy to remedy the issue.

Please do not send your Toggery back before contacting us first.

Detailed information on the Toggery returns policy can be found here.

What materials and fabrics are used to make Toggery?

Toggery is a sustainable fashion streetwear brand, committed to the preservation of our planet and its resources.

Recycled, mainly polyester based fabrics are used to make your Toggery, which is manufactured using eco-friendly, water free inks. You can find more information on our commitment to sustainable , "slow fashion" in our sustainable fashion policy page.

Who is Contrado?

Contrado is a company based in London, England, that specialises in making custom products on demand. Contrado means “to assemble and deliver”. Which they do for Toggery.

Why doesn’t Toggery manufacture its own clothes?

Most fashion is (mass) produced by parties other than the people and companies that design them. Similarly, we only design Toggery streetwear, which is not mass produced. And we work with Contrado because of the standard of workmanship they employ, and quality of products they deliver… which is top notch. As importantly, we share an eco-warrior, sustainable fashion ethic.

Why are Limited Edition Toggery limited to 3,000 pieces?
Why not 4,000? Or a nice round 5,000?

That’s a very good question. Toggery is a unique streetwear brand, created by, and for, those who force themselves to get up each day, no matter how difficult the challenges life throws at them.

In numerology, 3,000 is an Angel number. It brings a message of putting creative interests and passions to good use in the pursuit of your purpose. To have self-belief and confidence in yourself. And to become better, because the lessons you receive from your surroundings will help you get through life and its challenges. Hence #wehustlewemove.

What will happen when Limited Edition designs are sold out?

Very simply, once the indicated limited edition numbers for any streetwear design has been sold, we'll pull that design from our website and it will no longer be available for sale.

Limited Edition Toggery streetwear is limited to 3,000 pieces per design. Please note though, that for hoodies this number is separate for zip up and sweater cuts and for bomber jackets, separate for male and female cuts. So for example, 3,000 Tuscan Sun bomber jackets will be available in a male cut and 3,000 in a female cut.

Will you introduce Toggery streetwear, other than hoodies and bomber jackets?

Yes. We recently launched our exclusive Toggery "Sleeve" T-shirt range. Other lines may be also be introduced.
